JANAZAH SALAAT TODAY - 5th May 2026 إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved elder, Haji Jamsher Ali Chaacha (Beloved grandfather of Usman Jamil and father in law of Azmat Jamil) of Lewsey Farm. JANAZAH PRAYER: Tuesday 5th May 2026 2: 00 pm (After Zuhr Salah) Jamia Islamia Ghousia 23 Westbourne Rd Luton LU4 8JD Haji Jamsher Ali was one of the early members of the Lewsey Muslim Cultural Society and a former Trustee, a true pioneer who played an instrumental role in establishing our community from its very earliest days. May Allah (swt) accept his efforts and reward him abundantly for all that he gave. Even at the remarkable age of almost 100 years old, Haji Jamsher Ali remained a dedicated and regular mussali at Zakariya Masjid. His presence at Zuhr salaat in particular was a source of inspiration to us all. His commitment to the masjid until his final days is a legacy we will never forget. We ask that you make khaas dua for him and remember him in your prayers. May Allah (swt) grant Marhoom Haji Jamsher Ali Jannatul Firdaus and may He grant the entire family sabr jameel during this most difficult time. Aameen. Burial to be confirmed.
